Pinkman Basball Academy NEWS UPDATE John Pinkman to be featured nationwide This Tuesday from 7 to 8 pm John will be the guest on the nationally broadcast internet show Championship Thinking. The show originates from the College World Series town of Omaha NE. It is hosted by leadership and mental strength coach Jim Meier.
Below is the web link to the show. Jim Meier has archived over 117 shows with the top names in the game dealing with fantastic topics. We are sure that you will want to hear John's interview and many others on the site!

Jim was in Reston last week working with John and worked with the Madison HS baseball team, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes 13U program, and the independent Boomerangs baseball team. Jim and John then traveled to Delaware to teach a "Championship Thinking" class to 70 high school softball and baseball players. Jim will be returning May 8th and join John in working with other HS and travel ball clubs.
Contact either Dulles or Springfield facilities if you are interested in this Mental Muscle Workshop for your team. It is very affordable.
On Field Coaching Recently John, Jeff, and Pat Pinkman have been venturing out of the office and getting back on the field. The Pinkman Academy currently has contracts with a number of teams to assist in making practice time more productive. John, Jeff, and Pat not only work with travel teams but with house league teams as well. The Pinkmans have introduced a more advanced and elite style of preparation for players and teams to get them prepared for game time.
Do your practices consist of one coach hitting ground balls while four or five guys wait in line for one person to field the ball. How would you like to see your players spend 15 minutes taking ground balls and receive 4 to 5 times the repetitions.
Does batting practice consist of one coach throwing to 1 batter and 9 players standing around waiting to field.
Do pitchers only see bull pen time prior to game time instead of each practice.
How would you like to see a detailed plan every practice of how players are going to warm-up? workout? or throw?
How would you like to view ahead of time what each position is going to be working on prior to arriving to practice?
Visit http://www.pinkmanbaseball.com/Articles2.asp to view detailed plans
Contact John, Jeff, or Pat at the Dulles or Springfield Academies to discuss the options on how your practices can help you win more games.
